ALL VEHICLES WELCOME (ALL LEVELS OF BUILDS) FROM STREET, MILD, TO WILD: Imports, Domestics, European, Exotic, Race, Rally, Drag, Drift, Trucks Lifted & Lowered, Overland, Off-road, Electric Vehicles, Motorcycles, etc.

Car Clubs of 5 or more are eligible for a group discount. Please contact [email protected] with the name of your club and number of entries for instructions.

Each $60 (DAY OF SHOW) Vehicle Registration includes 2 access passes to the event. One for the driver and one for a passenger or guest.

Each $25 Motorcycle/Bike/Ruckus Registration includes 1 access pass to the event for the rider. 

Day of Show Registration is $60 and includes 2 access passes to the event.  One for the driver and one for a passenger or guest. This is for registrants who sign up the day of the show versus in advance.

Full detailed load-in information comes a few days before the show date, so don't worry if you don't hear anything until then.


VEHICLE SCHEDULE:

Saturday July 1, 2023 LOAD-IN starts at 9am.  Car Show is from Noon to 8pm, with awards taking place at 7:30pm on the STRIO main stage.  Concert, Fireworks, Night Drift, & Drone Show starts at 8pm to Midnight.  Vehicles are welcome to stay for all the festivities after the awards ceremony.

OVAL CRUISE FOR ALL CAR SHOW REGISTRANTS begins at 4:15pm till 5pm.  Take your vehicle on a cruise around the track! Drivers Meeting at 4pm.

Registrant Information

  • Car Show Registration with Infield Display Space for Vehicle (includes access passes for the driver and passenger, along with Paddock Infield access for vehicle) Oval Cruise included with Vehicle Registration. The Oval Cruise is optional and granted to all vehicle registrants. Paddock Pass is good for both days SAT & SUN. Please keep wristbands if you'd like to return on Sunday. You may also leave your vehicle overnight SAT with a Paddock Pass.

  • Motorcycle Registration with Infield Display Space for 2-Wheel Tuners (includes an access pass for the rider). Paddock Pass is good for both days SAT & SUN. Please keep wristband if you'd like to return on Sunday. You may also leave your motorcycle overnight SAT with a Paddock Pass.

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES! No Cancellations or rain checks. If the event date changes for any reason, or if cancelation due to COVID or local government mandate, you will be credited to the newly rescheduled date or future event.

As a participant in Hot Import Nights, I agree to hereby hold harmless the organizers and participants of Hot Import Nights from any claims of loss and / or harm regarding same event. I acknowledge that my vehicle has general automotive liability insurance in the instance of any incident or accident onsite at Hot Import Nights. I agree to abide by all standards and rules set forth by judges and organizers of Hot Import Nights. By the undersigned, I hereby agree to accept under reasonable conditions, the final judgment and award of prizes of the participating judges of same event. I understand and accept all rules and claim by my signature that all the above information is correct and understand that any false information can jeopardize my eligibility in this competition. I allow Hot Import Nights and their Sponsors photo and video rights of my vehicle, my likeness, and my words taken at the event to be used in any form or manner.
